Do you know eCos RTOS?

There are ports for many architectures, including ARM7TDMI and ARM966E-S ( http://ecos.sourceware.org/hardware.html ). I have seen in the mailing lists from eCos that some people are trying to port it to STR7 and STR9 ( http://sourceware.org/ml/ecos-devel/2007-01/msg00001.html ) but there are no results.

Anybody using eCos? On a STRx? Any plan to make the port?
