In debug windows, I can't see 8-timer or 16-timer below "peripherals".

Dear user,

Not all the peripherals are simulated for all devices in Ride7 (except on STM8 devices which have exhaustive simulator support).
The timers for ST72F361AR9 are NOT simulated. You will have to use the RLink debugger with a hardware chip to have access to their registers.
