Hi - I am new to Ride 7 and cannot create a new project for ARM devices.

I am used to IDE's that can create projects within any directory structure or location.

I am looking for an example of creating a project in any directory I want (not opening an example project).

RBuilder is greyed out so is of no use for this.

I have looked at the docs but cannot get this right.

Thanks in advance cb.

Thanks - sorted it out

problem was :

Ride7 is the latest release of our full-featured Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that provides users seamless integration and easy access to the complete range of Raisonance tools and features for writing, compiling and debugging application code from a single user interface.

Key features include:
.........
* RBuilder for peripheral configuration and automatic gerneration of the resulting C cource code
...........

Being new to Ride I did not read between the lines and assumed it was a great IDE from the features.

no one said it excluded ARM !!!!!!!

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in our products and for sharing your thoughts on our forum.
Indeed the ARM targets are not yet supported in RBuilder. This is an extensive development which is ongoing and that will appear in future versions of Ride7.

Sorry for the misleading message.
Best Regards,
