Q: Is it mandatory to get the activation code to install the software on a PC ?
A: Activation is required for most licenses if you want to continue using the software after the 30-day trial period.
If you have an RLink programmer/debugger, you can use it to activate one of the following licenses:
- RKit-STM8 = Basic license for programming and debugging. Enterprise and Lite licenses for the STM8 compiler can be purchased here.
- RKit-ARM = Lite license (code-size limited debugging). * Enterprise licenses for unlimited debugging can be purchase here.
