I think this message comes from windows and means that you do not have enough ressources available.
If a restart of your computer did not solve your issue please give us more details:
+ Ride version
+ Your OS and other properties of your machine
+ Have you always met this problem or did it just appeared?

You can also try to have a look at your project files and check that none of them has a anormal size.
