We want to flash an ST7FMC2S4 with RLINK, but the device isn't in the device-list. Is it possible to choose another device which is similar on the ICC programming-interface or can you create the device?

Hi

Motor control ST7 can be flashed with RLink.
They are not supported by Raisonance softwares but you can use ST softwares.
With STVP you should find this micro in the target list after selecting RLink as programming device.
