Hi *.*,

is it possible to debug over USB with MON-51 (BN 746-51)?
I'm using the Atmel AT89C5131-M. Downloadig code with Flip works,
but the controller won't show up as a virtual COM-Port in the device manger.
The serial interface of the board is not populated (but possible) and i
would prefer not to use te serial interface for debugging.

Any hints? Thanks.

Hi,

MON51 only works with the UART. For PCs that do not have a serial port, you can use a USB-UART dongle. But if there is no serial port on the target board, there is nothing we can do. Sorry.
