Hi,
how can I install the new library stm32
in compiler ride7? What should change in application options to make it work?
I have already installed the file RKit-ARM_BN39.exe, but is not the latest version
of the library issued from st.

Hi

If you download the new ST library firmware and you run it you obtain a folder ST Microelectronics.
In STMicroelectronics\STM32\STM32F10xFWLib\FWLib you will find 3 folders:
+examples
+library
+project

One way of doing could be:
+ to copy these 3 folders
+ go to C:\Program Files\Raisonance\ride\Lib\ARM\STM32F10x_LIB
+ paste the folders there
+ recompile the library and copy it in C:\Program Files\Raisonance\ride\Lib\ARM

An other way could be to choose in the linker options to not use the ST library (the old one) and to put the source files from the new library directly in your project.

ST have, thankfully, abandoned that scheme! :)

The library is now released at v2.0.1 as a plain ZIP file, and without the ridiculous licence! :D
