Hi Support Team,

one of my Students is facing a Problem while trying to install RIDE.
RIDE-Version is kit51_746_.exe. (Size 45.655.087 Bytes)
After starting the installation (OS: Win XP SP2) he gets the Error
" Cannot install RIDE while RIDE is running!"
He tried the installation on different PCs with the same Message.

Any Suggestions?

Hello,

this message appears when a opened window includes the string "RIDE" in it. We fixed that bug, but the fix will only be available on the next release. I suggest that you close all explorer windows and running applications, and use the "Run..." command in the Start Menu to browse to the kit51_746_.exe file and execute it. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
