I have a problem and a question

problem - using the ultra link primer I wrote a code disabling the rest and enabling the PA3 at my beginig of the code.
then I flashed it and now I can't do any thing with the MCU (debug of re-program it ) as reset is disabled at the moment of pluging it to the USB.
any suggestion what to do?

question - can I use the ultra link primer with the USB connection and some GUI
to be able to read and/or write data in memory during operation of the MCU

like MCU put data in adress the using the USB connection to read this data
