Q: I need to renew my support contract, where can I find my Rlink serial number?

A: In order to know the Rlink serial number, follow the process:

  1. connect the Rlink to the computer
  2. Launch RlinkCapab.exe you can find at C:\Raisonance\Ride\bin
  3. A pop up window should appear with all information
