Why do I get "Activation code error" message ?

Q: During the activation process I get the message "Activation code error", why?

A: This error message can have different causes, here are some workarounds:

  1. Remove all spaces when copying the serial key or the activation code.
  2. The activation code can only be used once. To reactivate you must click on "Get activation code online" and use the new code that has been sent to you.
  3. Some anti-viruses cancel important files without informing you. If C:\Raisonance\Ride\bin\rp_[kit].dll does not exist, contact support@raisonance.com.
