Why is my hardware key not recognized ?

Q: I'm using a dongle, but the tools remain in demo mode regardless of whether the dongle is inserted or not in the USB port. What can I do ?

A: You should install the driver before you plug the dongle. The driver should be at the following directory:

<Ride>\bin\Sentinel System Driver Installer 7.5.7.exe

If this does not work, there may be a problem with the installation of the driver for the USB dongle, check the existence of "Sentinel System Driver Installer 7.5.7" in C:\Raisonance\Ride\bin" and try reinstalling and activating the software. Follow the instructions on the Raisonance Support Extranet.
