Dear Rumi

I understand that you have ST7FOXA0B6 and three other daughter boards.
You have a STX-RLink and you want to know how you could make an evaluation board to work with the 4 micro you have.
Am I right ?

May I ask you what is the reference of your daughter boards?
Which evaluation boards did you have before and you do not have it anymore?

Best regards,
Matloub

hey! yes you understand it right!

The references of my daughter boards are: JTAG-SWD, JTAG microPSD, and RLINK

Dear Matloub

Its posible that i can use the JTAG the board include --> (4 pin white mini connector (VCC, DATA, GND, RST)) to program my micro?

Because i assembly a prototipe board with my ST7FOXA0B6 and i make this connection:

Micro Pin-------------Connector pin

1(VCC)---------------1(VCC)
2----------------------X
3----------------------X
4(RST)---------------4(RST)
5----------------------X
6----------------------X
7(DATA)--------------2(DATA)
8(VCC)---------------3(GND)

With this connection pin i'll be program my micro?

PLEASE TRY TO REPLY ME

regards

Please discard the "JTAG adapters" and use only the 10 pins ICC adapter.
On your target board you need to add a male 10 pin HE10 connector as specified by ST (see page 18 in the datasheet of your ST7FOXA0B6 device: http://www.st.com/mcu/download2.php?file=14022.pdf&info=Datasheet%20ST7FOXA0%20from%20Search&url=http://www.st.com/stonline/products/literature/ds/14022.pdf
