Hi,

The core programming is supported by our RKit-STM8 toolchain. (RCSTM8 compiler, linker, etc.)
However, programming and debugging is supported only by ST tools, not by Ride7 and not by RLink.

You must ask ST for getting tools that can program these devices.

Sorry your post was snipped. The link to the ST website will not work.
You can repost it, but the important information is this:

The ST website says that RLink supports ST72C devices, but in fact it does NOT.

We asked ST to correct it...
