I am aim to output PWM use STM8S105, but I do not familiar with this microcontroller, could you help me find some information about the register of it, or pdf on making programmes on it.

Hi,

Please open the ST Firmware Library examples In Ride7\Examples\STM8\ST\STM8S_Library.
There are plenty of useful examples, incuding PWM.
