Dear colleagues,

I'm try to progrla L09805E of ST and I can not find it how to do it.

I have no ICC port to program on board.

May be by CAN bus, is it Posible?

Some ona can give me some informations?

I think it 's outdated by now, but I cite page 8/125 of its reference:

For development purposes the device is available in plastic HiQuad package without window
rating in the OTP class.
Mass production is supported by means of ROM devices.
Engineering samples could be assembled using window packages. These are generally
referenced as “EPROM devices”.
...
OTP and EPROM devices can be programmed by a dedicated Eprom Programming Board
and software that are part of the development tool-set.

So I think in-circuit reprogramming is impossible for these devices --even the not-factory-programmed EPROM devices-- through CAN or other interface.

Hi friends, could you advance the issue? , this chip contains ST7 microcontroller, my research makes me believe that can be programmed by CAN protocol and located programmer, http://www.elnec.com/device/STMicroelectronics/L9805E+%5BHiQUAD64%5D/ , thanks
