I'm wondering why the DBGRQ pin on JTAG-ARM Rlink card is severed. It's obviously deliberately clipped.

I tried connecting the two stems, to see if it would resolve my problem getting the Rlink-Pro to communicate to my STR750-EVAL board (related to my posting a few minutes ago), but this had no effect.
