I have a new REva starter kit with a STM32103R daughterboard.

Following the Quick Start guide everything works fine until step 7, "Start the debug session".

The popup "Please wait ... / Programming ..." is diplayed, but no progress.
After about 10 seconds the popup
"OPI driver error(ARM) "Plugin timeout expired" appears.
