use STM32F103RBT6 chip with same version of Rflasher , in differnt PC or NB,
all the Rlink,Rflasher and target PCB are all the same,the only difference is different PC,
very strange that 2 PC are found that the readout protection can not be disabled after it is enabled !
the 2 PC are HP NB PC and Acer Aspire desktop PC , both OS are XP service pack 2 ,
any idea what may be wrong?
