I am bringing up my design that uses the STM32F103C6TC micro. Some initial
questions:

I am using the RLink programmer/debugger. I am connected to my target in the JTAG configuration.
The jumpers on the RLink iterface board are in the default positions. In the Debug Options window
I have SWD selected. I can connect to the target and presumably load code into the micro.

When I hit RUN in the ride software, the run LED on the RLink pod flashes red briefly and goes out.

If I change from SWD to JTAG at the Debug Options window I cannot connect to the target.

I am bringing out the following JTAG signals and applining them to the 20pin connector in the following
fashion.

TCK pin 9
TMS pin 7
TDI pin 5
TDO pin 13
TRST pin 1
RSTn pin 15
3.3V pin 2
GND pin 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20

When I start the debugger, I get no errors or warnings. It appears I go through the code and get into
main. I am simply trying to illuminate and LED.

Any suggestions on whether I am truly programming the part?
