I have the STM32F-10X-128K-EVAL board and I want to program the microcontroller on the board with RFlasher7 software. The board contains STM32F103VBT6 chip. When I try to program it by pushing "program" button I get a message: "WRONG MCU DEVICE ID 0x20006410". Why is that ?
(I have correct device selected in the Project properties - STM32F103VBT6)

Hi,

Please tell us the versions of your Ride7 and RKit-ARM kits. (check if there are newer versions on our website)

Please also tell us the Serial Number of your RLink.

Please also check that you have this file on your hard drive:
\sim\ARM\STM32F103VBT6.sim

Best Regards,

Vincent

RIde7 version: 7.20.09.0162
RKit Version: 1.20.09.154
RLink serial number: dngStd003001574

Hi,

Are you using RFlasher in project mode or in default mode?

Please try to execute this command in a DOS prompt, and send us the log of the result:

Cortex_pgm TSTM32F103VBT6 B

Knowing if this works will help me understand the problem.

Best Regards,

Vincent
