I have an STM32F103 board with RS232 USART1

can I debug my programs with only RS232 using RIDE7 ?

There are probably plenty of people on here who will remember when an RS232 debug monitor was the only way to debug.
Having experienced all the limitations & restrictions that it imposes, you really wouldn't want to do that if you could possibly use JTAG instead!!

Hi,

No, Ride7 does not propose this kind of feature for any ARM device.

For the reasons that awneil exposed, this will probably not change.

Best Regards,
