While debugging one aplication that uses the USB port,the debugging tool got hanged and I got to close the RIDE 7 software to get out of the menues. After that I cannot communicate with the STM32-PRIMER2 by any mean.

I have the following message while trying to download any application to the STM32 PRIMER2 toolkit:

Selecting target: STM32F103VET6...
(0)
Connecting to RLink... OK
Connecting to target...
!!! Error 103: Target power failure: Measured 0.900000V
--------------------------------------------

I have tryed to download the application while pressing the pushbutton of the joystick, but no better results. I have tryed as well the both methods suggested in the manual to restore default values and no success. Is there any way to reset the program to default values without using the DEBUG port (as it seems that it is hanged and no response is obtained) neither the jumper JP3?.
