I was programming an application on RIDE7 with a STM32 PRIMER2.

Trying to Erase the Target from the RIDE debug options, I got the following result:

Cortex Driver Error
-Unable to reset devide and enter debug mode

Trying to do it again:

Cortex Driver Error
-Error Reported by the DTC

and the third time I got the following error:

Cortex Driver Error
-Wrong MCU DEVICE ID:0x0

Now I can not program my device. What can I do?

Thanks

I have also the following error while pressing the "Connect to target and display information" button:

Cortex Driver Error
- Unable to celar sticky bit(s)

then when pressing OK, a message like:

Unable to read device IdCode:SWDIO is always low. Please ckeck target power

I will appreciate any comment

Other detail that I have noticed:

The voltage VCC2V8 of the PRIMER2 is alternating between 2.84V and 0V (also the LCD is blinking). It appears to be a problem in the L6928D step down regulator.

Which tests may I perform to confirm this and is there any way to repair it?

Thanks
