I use RIDE7 for developing stm32f103

I have limited budget

which JTAG can I buy for this application ? ( pliiz give me the link )

Hi,

Go to the Raisonance Web site, click on "MCU" then "RLink". This is a low-cost JTAG debugger/programmer. If you need to debug more than 32KB of code you will need the "Pro" version, otherwise the standard version is plenty enough.
