I have a RLink module I am trying to connect to a STM3210E-EVAL board with STM32F103ZGT6. When I try to connect through RFlasher7, it says 'Wrong MCU DEVICE ID: 0x10006430'. I can connect fine to the RLink and read the serial number on it. The RFlasher application doesn't seem to have this specific Processor Name. I tried other options in the family with no luck. What do I need to do to get things going? Thanks, |
Hi,
Please tell us the versions of the Ride7 and RKit-ARM kits that you are using.
Please make sure that you are using the latest versions available here:
http://www.mcu-raisonance.com/arm-download.html
These provide support for the STM32F103xGxx devices.
Please also note that the next version of the software, which should be released later this week or maybe next week, includes some fixes for the STM32F103xGxx devices. However, these fixes do not correct problems that lead to the error message that you reported. They affect programming, not basic connection.
Best Regards,
Vincent
My problem got solved after I installed the latest versions of Ride7 and RKit-ARM kits.
Thank you for your very prompt response.
