I am using the ST example of EEPROM emulation on an STM32F103 and it works fine. When I debug the code, the act of selecting debug causes the code to recompile and reprogram the Flash. Unfortunately that zaps (to 0xFFFF) all of the Flash memory. Is there a way of getting the

Which version of ride7 and Rkit-ARM are you using?
Try to install the latest release that you can find at: http://support-raisonance.com/extranet/tools/index.php?param=tool__id__7 and let us know if it solve the problem.
