Hello,

I'm trying to install Ride7 from the rainsonance web page on my Windows7 64-bit computer and when it gets to installing the drivers the install window opens up ("The divers are now installing") and it says "Please wait while the drivers install. This may take some time to complete."

10 minutes later....

Same thing.
Anyway, I can't seem to get the drivers to install, it just sorta stops here at the install window. Every few minutes a Windows message will pop up saying that it can't recognize the driver i'm trying to install, and asks me (yes or no) if I 'Really' want to continue with the install. And I say yes and wait for that message to pop up again, and I say yes again.....

I found a Driver install, RLinkDrv_091013_testforWin7.exe, and tried using it.
Same result.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

I will need more information for helping...

Are you installing from a CD?
A USB mass storage device?
A local drive?

Does the path contain special characters, like '('?

Are you logged with a user account that has admin rights?
Are you starting the install program with 'run as admin' option?

Best Regards,

Vincent
