Hi,

I am using STM8 Compiler 2.30 and Ride7 7.30 to program STM8S105 microcontroller .
I want to create library files and then add these files to another project.
I have inspected "Project > Properties" in Ride7 but couldn't achieve.
How can I do that?

Hi,

Open "Project | New", then in the "Type" field of the dialog box youve the choice between "Application" or "Library".

You're done.

Hi Bruno,

I have created a library project, but in "Properties > Library Options > Info > Target Family", there is only one option, ST7 family. I expected to see two options, say, ST7 family and STM8 family. I am using and will use this library file in STM8S. Despite that my code works well in STM8S.
Is it normal?

Hi,

Yes it is normal. The "ST7 family" actually stands for "ST7/STM8 family".
We will correct this in future releases.
