I have a standard RLink I'm using to program ST micros.

I'm starting a new project using an ST micro with some CPLDs and FPGAs from other manufacturers.

Can I use the RLink with the RFlasher7 as a general JTAG programmer
for all the devices I'll have on my board, or it could program only the ST chips ?

Please consider some devices will be chained with the micro's JTAG, some other will not.
I would like to know if I can use the RLink for all of them.

Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards,

Hi,

No, this is not possible.

You can use the RLink to address (program, debug) a supported MCU that is chained with other JTAG devices.
But you cannot use it for addressing the devices that are not supported by the Raisonance software.
