I just recieved my USB Dongle for RCA51. I see it in Device Manager as a Rainbow USB SuperPro, but when I try to configure Ride7 Help->License->Dongle Activation, I get an error Dongle is not detected.

You should install the driver before you plug the dongle. You will find it
