Hello,
We would like to help you as quickly as possible on this issue, but we need to have more informations about the problem before we can help further.
In order to understand the issue you are facing, we need the following information about your configuration:
- Version of Windows: At a command prompt type the following command: "systeminfo.exe", which gives you a system report. We need the full "Operating System" and "Version" from the report.
- Version of Ride7 and RKit that you are using (ARM, STM8, 51,...). You can get these from the Ride7 "Help | About" dialog box.
- Your Ride7 serial key or your RLink/Primer/Open4 serial number.

Hello,
In the first time we will try to reinitialize your Ride7
You need to do:
1. on a prompt command type regedit
2. Remove the Ride7 folder which is situated at HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Raisonance/Ride7
3. Open ride7
4. you can choose two differents configurations
Let us know if it resolve your problem.
Regards,
Etienne
Hello,
Yes, I it did help. The problem persisted when I've chosen Ride7 configuration (no way to bring up 'Build log') but switching to Visual Studio configuration did help, and after doing the registry operation again, I was able to pick Ride7 configuration and this time 'Build log' has reappeared.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
