Dear Sirs,

on a clean PC with Win7 64bit I tried to install RKit Arm (RKit-ARM_1.54.14.0185.exe) and Ride7 (Ride7_7.50.14.0185.exe). I installed it in the default directory C:\Raisonance\Ride without problems.

Afterwards I realized that it should be installed to the directory C:\program files\Raisonance\Ride. So I uninstalled both programs, restarted the PC an tried to install RKit Arm under C:\Program Files. But the installation was aborted with the  message

Hello Tom,

Sorry your message has been snipped.

By the way, the default directory C:\Raisonance\Ride is always better than C:\program files.

In order to uninstall Ride7 and the Rkit-ARM you can use a small application you can download at http://support.raisonance.com/content/how-can-i-uninstall-all-raisonance-tools-same-time

You can also click on Ride7 installer and select all kits and Ride7 IDE recognized -> uninstall them.

I hope it helps.
Best Regards,
