I tried to flash a STM32F031G6 with Cortex_pgm.exe (RKit-ARM v1.52) and failed on wrong Device ID (STM32F031x6.sim selected).

(1) !!! Error 203: Wrong MCU DEVICE ID: 0x10006444

After I edited the sim file (from IdCode=0x0BB11477 to IdCode=0x10006444)

(0) !!! Error 303: Wrong device IdCode received: 0x0BB11477. Expected: 0x10006444. Please check device selection, power and connection.

it looks like the initial IdCode (0x0BB11477) was o.k, but it wasn't.

Who knows a solution to my problem?

Hello,

Your software is outdated, and several problems have been fixed since.

Please uninstall your Raisonance software (brand Keolabs) and install the latest version, which you can download at http://support-raisonance.com/extranet/ … ool__id__7.

Let us know if this fixes your problem.

After the update it went better.
But it seems that the sensing input of the RLink (VCC_TARG pin) is greedy (up to 2 mA when idle) and even more when in action. A

We just add a new release of Ride7 and Rkit-ARM. Please install this new version and let us know if it solved your issue
