Q. How can I remove all the Raisonance software from my machine?

In some circumstances it is useful to uninstall ALL Raisonance software. For instance, if you installed a piece of software with incorrect administrator rights, you need to uninstall/reinstall it in order for it to work correctly.

A. Use the Raisonance uninstaller tool.

You can download a small utility (simple Batch file) from http://www.raisonance.com/pub/Utils/uninstall_raisonance.zip .
Just run the uninstall_raisonance.bat file, and all your Raisonance software will be uninstalled.

Warning: The utility removes ALL files from the Raisonance installation directory (C:\Raisonance\Ride for example) so ensure all your project files are properly backed-up before running the tool.
