Hi,

I want to use the STM8_pgm.exe software for command line programming of STM8L microcontroller.

I'm looking for the minimal configuration to run this software. I find that it workes by placing MonitorTools.dll, RLink_WinUSB.dll and STM8_PROG_OPTI.hex in the same folder, but the programming time is way slower than with the complete IDE installed.

Do someone know how to properly runs the STM8_pgm.exe without the IDE?

Hi,

Ride7 7.45.15.0083, RKit-STM8 2.56.15.0092 are installed and I use the STM8-pgm Application 2.56.15.92.

Should I install the latest version?

Hello,

No minimal configuration for run only STM8_pgm.

To use STM8_pgm you have to install the RKIT-STM8 and Ride 7.
