Topic : Impossible to launch Ride

September 30, 2019 - 5:49pm Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath	I recently downloaded and installed Ride7 with RC51. After a big installation's battle, Ride and RC51 was working well, 1 or 2 days... But now when I lunch Ride, the Ride's window appears about 0,1 seconde and desappears, and Ride is not lunched. When I look at the log file in the error report (mail) it says: Ride7 caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module ToolkitPro1521vc110.dll at 0023:79870baf. Exception handler called in ExceptionAttacher.cpp - AfxWinMain. Error occurred at 9/30/2019 17:36:52. C:\Raisonance\Ride\bin\Ride7.exe, run by Lionel. etc.. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few time Ride and RC51 (deleting registry entry manually) but there is exactly the same problem... So I cannot use Ride... Can anyone help me please ?

+1 0 -1 October 7, 2019 - 9:14am Behnaz Bouchiat	Hello Hubert, What are the versions of the installed kits (Ride7 and Rkit-51) and on Windows OS are you working on? Have you registered your RKit-51 or this happened during the free trial period? Please remove the following key : "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Raisonance\Ride7" and try again.
+1 0 -1 October 14, 2019 - 1:50pm Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath	Hello Behnaz, Thank you for your reply. 1-I installed the last versions that is in the download web page: Ride7_7.70.19.0218.exe and RKit-51_6.20.17.0263.exe My OS is Windows 10. 2-I'have registred the rkit51 ( the licences appear fully functionnal when I click on about Ride7). 3-I removed the key, and after it lunched good. but after when I closed and try to lunch ride7 again, it didn't lunched. I tried to lunch it few time: sometime it succeded to lunched and sometime not... When I removed again the Key : sometime it sucedded to lunched and sometime not.... It seems that I need to try lunch it about 9 times (unsuccessfully) before I succed to lunch it successfully... It's not really practical... Others ideas ? Thanks and regards.
+1 0 -1 October 15, 2019 - 5:35pm Behnaz Bouchiat	Hi Hubert, Maybe the errors have to do with your project settings or environment settings. Do you have the same errors using RKit-51 sample projects? Does closing the project before exiting the program helps? Does Ride propose you to send a report to Raisonance support? If so , please do , so we could investigate more on this issue. I opened a sample project (C:\Raisonance\Ride\Examples\80C51\General\C\Sample) and it's the same. I will let Ride send the report. Thanks again for your support, and regards.
