Hello, we would like to use RIDE7 with RKit-51 as well as RKit for ARM for our public school / for education. However, we reinstall Client PCs at least once a year and therefore automatic deployments and/or activation is quite a must-have. Is there any way to restore an MID and/or Site ID or an activation after reinstalling a client? All I could find out is: the serials gets stored below "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Raisonance\Ride7\User Info\Registration\SerialNumber"... We could generate serials and activate in a manual way e.g. once manually as a workaround... if it is possible to save and reinstall the activation on a client somehow (the FQDN / computer name does not change during reinstall); However, the Site ID and MID seems to be completely new on a freshly reinstalled PC, so an existing activation code does not work anymore. Or ist there any other way to automate the activation or get the activation code for a new machin e.g. via API instead of email? |
