Can anyone give some advise here:

Windows 10.. Yes tried all the Admin rights and even checked in the registry Ride 7 shows up there..

I installed Ride 7 7.70.19.0218

then I try to install Rkit-ARM 1.72.19.0253

I even tried newer versions still the same;  I also unistalled everyting with the Raisonance uninstaller... :(

No Go; RKIT keeps saying that the Ride IDE is not installed.... what gives

I have a paid license Enterprise version for Rkit-ARM environments

Hello,

Sorry for the issues.

Did you check after using the uninstall tool if Ride was still in the registry?

Did you already install Ride & Rkit on other PCs before? (or the same?)

Are you in a Windows emulator?

Also, please send an email to precising the references to your paid license.

(I'm confused by multiple entries that could be you in our database.. ;/ )
