Today, when I launched the Ride7 IDE the popup window about the license was displayed.
It's saying about the License of RKit-C816, "Demo period over. Please register".
But my license (activated in Oct 2021) is to be supported within this year according to my support page.
Then I tried to activate it again with my RLink as that's same method I have done before.
But the dialog window says "Unable to retrieve select kit information".
Finally, though I re-installed Ride7 & RKit, the situation did not change.
Please advise.

Environment:

RKit-C816:    1.20.18.0022 RC01 
Ride7:    7.70.19.0218
OS:    Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (build 22621.1848)

Refering FAQ (How can I uninstall all the Raisonance tools at the same time ? | Raisonance Extranet),
I executed the utility batch to remove related DLLs and registry keys.
And then, though I don't know why, my RLink became detected normally and the license could be activated.
Perhaps, some DLLs or registry values might have been corrupted.
