The "get activation code online" button returns a 404 url.

The reason is the support site seems to have changed from support-raisonance.com to support.raisonance.com,

so if you copy the url that was sent and change it from the dash to dot, it will get you the server to handle the activation form.  I was then able to get the software activated.
