Q. What do I do if I lose my license serial key or dongle ?
A. This depends on the license and how you activated it -- with a serial key, a hardware dongle, or RLink debugger/programmer ?
- If you use a Sentinel USB dongle or an RLink, you must purchase a new license. Contact the support team (email: support<at>raisonance.com) to get a price quotation for the hardware and license.
- If you have a serial key, you can see all of the serial keys that you have activated licenses on our support site (support.raisonance.com). Just visit the site and login with the account that you used to activate your license on your PC. In the menu, click on Licenses. This window displays the licenses that are linked to your account.
If you do not have any licenses listed, or the list is incomplete, send our support team (email: support<at>raisonance.com) the proof of purchase and they will help you find the license information.
