I'm looking to download Ride7, probably 7.70.19.0218 but maybe older for use in the work place, but the support/download page doesn't support HTTPS. So I'm not going to download this file at work. I'm pretty sure all is fine but lets just not take any chances and try to game out how I can get this software to work without pontential raising any security concerns. So I go home, I setup my Raspberry Pi to download this software, and scan the file or send it to websites that will scan it and probably various other things I can do directly to the file. But also, how do I actually verify its the correct software once its downloaded, as in a hash? I don't see one provided on the downloads page... Does anyone have a hash I can verify against? Even then, I supose I'd be trusting a hash provided by the forum so thats still not proper.
Ultimately this leaves me thinking I just can't use this software at work. And the primary reason I want to use it is because I'm going over old legacy source code that has RIDE7 projects saved with compiler settings and I'm sure plenty of other useful things (I've never used RIDE7 before).
Please advise.
