Q: Why can't my browser connect to the activation page when I click "Get Activation Code Online" ?
A: First, check that your PC is connected to the internet. If it is, check that the URL in the browser uses "support.raisonance.com".
If the URL in the browser uses the old domain "support-raisonance.com", replace it with "support.raisonance.com".
This problem occurs with some releases that still include a ilnk for the old domain name for our support site.
