I'm struggeling on the licensing process.

The driver is installed, device manager is showing me the dongle sucessful. Ride7 is installed with admin rights. When i run the software it shows me "no dongle detected" at the licensing menu. Kindly help me.

Just a note for other users who run into problems when activating RKit licenses using a USB Dongle (aka. Sentinel Super Pro USB Dongles)...

The Thales USB Driver for Sentinel Super Pro does not function on PCs that have an ARM-based CPU. This problem has been escalated to Thales, but a new driver supporting ARM is not available. We will updae this if one is released. If you encounter this problem, please email .

Otherwise, the most common problem encountered by users is the failure to install the Sentinel USB driver, or an incompatibility with the version of the driver provided in our installations.
